Patricia Sueltz
President & Chief Executive Officer
Patricia Sueltz joined LogLogic in 2007 from SurfControl, which was acquired by WebSense in October 2007. Before serving as SurfControl's CEO, Sueltz was President, Global Operations, through Salesforce.com's IPO process. Prior to that, Sueltz was Executive Vice President of Services and a Corporate Officer of Sun Microsystems, Inc. for four years, having previously held a number of senior positions at IBM, including General Manager, Java Software and Vice President, Internet Software. Ms. Sueltz has also served as a Board member of Delphi Systems and Amgen, Inc., both Fortune 500 companies. She currently serves on the national board for the American Foundation for the Blind. Ms. Sueltz holds a Bachelor's degree in political science and was a Rockefeller Foundation Fellow at the School of Theology at Claremont in California.
Kevin Carroll
Vice President, Engineering and Operations
Kevin Carroll joined LogLogic in January of 2008, bringing over 25 years of experience in leading world class technical and business organizations at EMC Corporation, Sun Microsystems, and Tyco International. Kevin is responsible for managing the design, development, delivery and support of all LogLogic products. At EMC, Kevin was Vice President of Global Supply Chain Management and also served as the company's Chief Procurement Officer. Prior to that, he held numerous executive roles at Sun Microsystems spanning engineering and operations for workstations, servers, and storage products. Kevin began his career in product engineering and operations management roles with Tyco International and Kollmorgen Corporation. He received his bachelor's degree from Plattsburgh State University College in New York and continued his graduate education at Adelphi University.
Joseph Consul
Vice President & Chief Financial Officer
Joe joined LogLogic in 2008 from Everdream Corp, a leading SaaS company acquired by Dell in 2007. Joe served as the CFO at Everdream, leading the strategic financing effort that culminated in the Dell acquisition. Prior to his work at Everdream, Joe was the CFO of Arcot Systems, where he supported a 60% growth rate while improving margins. Prior to serving at Arcot, Joe was the CFO at Tumbleweed Communications, where he led the initial public offering and secondary offerings for Tumbleweed. Joe started his career at KPMG where he was a Senior Auditor after which he joined Adobe Systems as its first corporate controller and implemented systems and processes that supported growth from $17M to $125M in revenue over three years. Joe received his BS in Business Administration at San Jose State University with honors after which he earned his MBA at the University of Southern California's Marshall School of Business. He is on the Advisory Board for the SJSU College of Business.
Jean-François Dechant
Vice President of Strategic Business Development & Chief Evangelist
JF Déchant joined LogLogic in May 2009 from Exaprotect, a company launched by Déchant in 2004, that gained global recognition thanks to visionary breakthrough technologies and over 200 blue chip customers Worldwide. In 2006, Déchant, founder and CEO of Exaprotect, led the company through the successful acquisition of Solsoft, a leading software company in the NCCM market. Déchant brings 20 years of experience in the IT industry he acquired during his various roles at leading world class technical and business organizations, such as Dimension Data (DDT), Anixter (AXE), Digital Equipment (DEC). Prior to Exaprotect, Déchant was the founder and CEO of Exaprobe a MSSP company sold to DEVOTEAM (FR-DVT) in 2007. Since 2007, Déchant has been established in the Silicon Valley where he gave a new dimension to Exaprotect thanks his strategic vision, he rolls out by establishing partnerships with CISCO, Juniper, Fortinet & LogLogic. Déchant is a graduate of ParisTech/ ENSAM.
Diane Deutsch
Vice President, Human Resources
Diane Deutsch joined Loglogic, Inc. in January, 2008 and is responsible for all aspects of the company's Global Human Resources including: recruiting, compensation, benefits, employee relations, leadership development and the continuing evolution of the company's corporate culture. Ms. Deutsch brings more than 20 years of experience in all aspects of Human Resources management to Loglogic. Prior to Loglogic, she served as Senior VP of Human Resources at Surfcontrol, VP of Human Resources at Chameleon Systems and Director of Human Resources at Nuance, Avaya, Lucent and Octel. Diane is a member of the Society of Human Resources (SHRM), the National Association of Stock Plan Professionals (NASPP) and World at Work. Diane holds a Bachelor's Degree in Business Management from San Jose State University and a Masters in Human Resources and Organization Development from the University of San Francisco.
Dominique Levin
Vice President, Marketing and Strategy
Ms. Levin joined LogLogic in 2004 and the products she has helped to create have since provided compliance, security and availability to over 1,000 customers. Dominique is a frequent contributor on regulatory compliance, privacy and cybersecurity matters on blog.loglogic.com, industry publications such as eWeek, SC Magazine, CIO Magazine, InfoSecurity, IT Jungle, Network World, Byte and Switch and www.twitter.com/DomLevin. Prior to joining LogLogic, Dominique was vice president of marketing for PoliVec, a security software company and she managed the voice-over-IP (VoIP) business at Dialogic (an Intel Company). Dominique also launched Japan's first international remote access service for Nippon Telegraph and Telephone and was Principal at Crimson Investments where she helped to create six companies and close to $1 billion in shareholder value. Ms. Levin received an MBA from Harvard Business School and graduated with distinction. She also holds a Cum Laude M.S. degree in industrial engineering from the Delft University of Technology in The Netherlands.
Barbara Rogan
Vice President, Legal Affairs
Barbara Rogan joined LogLogic, Inc. in April 2008 and is responsible for the company's legal needs. Ms. Rogan previously served as Senior Corporate Counsel at Brocade Communications where she supported the Services and Support business unit's legal needs. Prior to Brocade, Ms. Rogan was a senior director and corporate counsel at SurfControl, Inc. where she managed the legal contracts and intellectual property portfolio on a world-wide basis. Prior to SurfControl, Ms. Rogan was divisional counsel at Fair Isaac Corporation for the Enterprise Decision Management business unit. Prior to her corporate work, Ms. Rogan worked as a prosecutor for Los Angeles County and Santa Clara County. Ms. Rogan has a bachelors degree in government from Claremont McKenna College. Ms. Rogan received her Juris Doctorate from U.C. Hastings College of the Law in San Francisco and her LL.M in Intellectual Property Law from Santa Clara University School of Law.
Vince Schiavo
Vice President, Global Sales
Vince Schiavo is responsible for global sales for LogLogic. Mr. Schiavo joined the Company in 2009, bringing with him thirty years of experience in sales, marketing and business development. For six and a half years prior to joining LogLogic, Mr. Schiavo was senior vice president of worldwide sales and marketing for Secure Computing Corporation. A 16B officer of the company reporting to the Chairman and CEO, Mr. Schiavo built a team of over 300 sales, marketing and business development professionals who grew Secure from $36M per year in early 2001 to a run rate of over $300M per year in billings by the end of 2006. Secure Computing achieved and maintained profitability on a non-GAAP basis from mid-2002 until the company was acquired by McAfee in November 2008. Mr. Schiavo has extensive M&A experience, participating in pre-transaction due diligence and post-transaction integration of multiple projects including both public and private company acquisitions of up to $290M. The formative years of Mr. Schiavo's career were spent with Data General Corporation and Apple Computer in both sales and marketing positions.
