Top marks given to new mid-market log management appliance
London, UK – July 21, 2008 – LogLogic®, the log management leader, today announced that SC Magazine, the world's largest dedicated IT security publication, has reviewed the recently launched Mid-Market PCI appliance (MX2010) and awarded its five star status – the top score possible.
The Mid-Market PCI Appliance is one of five new models designed to support various regulatory areas (others support SOX, ITIL, FISMA, HIPAA). It provides comprehensive log data compliance mandate assurance while making it easy for mid-market systems administrators to install, configure, operate and maintain them. The PCI appliance is designed specifically for retailers handling credit card transactions to comply with the PCI Data Security Standard and to safeguard credit card holder information in general.
