LogLogic Closes Out Strong 4th Quarter with Lineup of Impressive New Customers

 SAN JOSE, Calif. — January 19, 2010 — LogLogic®, the leader in security and log management, today announced continued growth in the fourth quarter, closing out a solid year for the company. Following a more than 57 percent increase in the third quarter, overall bookings were up an additional 12 percent in the fourth quarter. This is highlighted by the addition of over 50 new customers.

The quarter also marked the roll out of LogLogic’s new line of appliances for storage area networks and a partnership with leading networking and communications distributors Westcon Group in North America and Wick Hill in the United Kingdom.

In addition, LogLogic’s pioneering innovation in the log management market was recognized in the fourth quarter with a patent grant for a system and method for storing raw log data (U.S. Patent 7599939). This adds to LogLogic’s base of intellectual property.

Over 50 customers made LogLogic a key component of their security and log management strategy in Q4, including: ADP, Hard Rock Cafe International, Nelnet, U.S. Army, U.S. Customs & Border Patrol, U.S. Navy and Xerox. LogLogic’s success was mirrored internationally with the addition of customers like 100% Banco and Grupo TMM in Latin America and Mexico and Crédit Agricole and TeleComputing in Europe.

In December, leading specialty distributor Westcon Group, Inc. began resellingLogLogic’s log management appliances and security applications throughout the United States, Canada and Mexico. That month LogLogic also launched the ST2020 SAN, its new enterprise-class log management solution for fibre channel-switched storage area networks.
