Inside Channel Account Manager

The Inside Channel Account Manager (iCAM) partners with the field Channel Account Manager (CAM) team to develop a robust partner channel in their designated region. The iCAM and CAM work together in support of each other and their Partners to:

  • Maximize Partner-driven revenue.
  • Generate LogLogic leads within the Partner customer/prospect base by providing outbound telesales expertise and training.
  • Assist in all areas of partner enablement by ensuring that Partners are provided with and have access to all necessary LogLogic sales, marketing and technical tools.
  • Deliver presentations to customers and partners on Loglogic’s technology and product offerings.
  • Develop tight relationships with partner sales personnel which result in incremental opportunities for LogLogic products.
  • Deliver sales and Partner Program training to new and prospective partners.
  • Participate in partner events on an as needed basis.
  • Stay current on major competitive maneuvers and industry developments; be capable of handling Partner inquiries on these matters.

Job Requirements:

  • 4 year college or university program certificate or two to four year’s related experience and /or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Previous telesales experience selling hardware, software and/or services to the small, medium and large enterprise customers.
  • Previous channel sales and/or channel management experience in a related field.

This position will be based at the company's headquarters, located in San Jose. Minimum travel required.
