Packaged Services

LogLogic’s suite of packaged services provides customers with high value services throughout the LogLogic product lifecycle. The SmartStart, SmartAudit, and SmartUpgrade packages provide customers with pre-defined deliverables, fixed delivery timelines and set prices for their most common projects, meaning customers know exactly what they’ll get up front. For added convenience, packaged services are available though LogLogic directly as well as through certified partners.

SmartStart

Designed to get customers up and running on LogLogic’s LMI solutions quickly and efficiently, SmartStart provides on-site assistance with LogLogic appliance installation and configuration. Available in 3- and 5-day packages, SmartStart consists of three phases — Consultation, Implementation and Verification — ensuring that customers get off to a solid start.

Consultation: The project begins with an evaluation of the customer’s needs, defining the LogLogic appliance requirements for the project, verifying configuration and network connectivity and guiding the customer through the Log Source Preparation Process.

Implementation: During the implementation phase, system hardware and network connectivity are validated, user accounts are created and log sources are tested to ensure they are received and logging in the system. Additionally, rules are set up and essential reports are developed and configured.

Verification: This phase establishes that the appliance is working correctly and that reports are running accurately. Additionally, support staff document the customer’s Compliance Suite settings and provide training on building and running reports and alerts.

SmartAudit

Delivered remotely by LogLogic staff or a certified partner, SmartAudit provides customers with a comprehensive overview of the health of their LogLogic solution and helps customers to address any problems discovered during the audit. A complete system audit is run to ensure that the LogLogic system is operating normally and there is no database corruption. Based on the results of the audit, staff will help to resolve any issues, including configuration issues and software updates.

SmartUpgrade

Delivered in conjunction with SmartAudit, SmartUpgrade assists LogLogic H1 customers in migrating to H2 systems. Delivered on-site by LogLogic personnel or a certified partner, SmartUpgrade ensures data migration is seamless during the appliance upgrade process. All data is migrated to the new system and the system is then tested to verify that it is working properly and that all data is available to the customer.
